A knifeman carried out a spree of robberies in Stoke-on-Trent, targeting both a shopping centre and a taxi driver, according to an article published by Stokesentinel on 2 April 2026. The perpetrator robbed a worker at the Potteries Centre and subsequently a taxi driver, part of what Stokesentinel described as a “rampage” through the town. Staffordshire police responded to the incidents in the city.
Businesses and workers in commercial settings should remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to local authorities immediately.
