A burglar who targeted multiple businesses in Headingley using a crowbar has been jailed, according to an article published by the Yorkshire Evening Post on 23 December 2025. The perpetrator carried out a series of break-ins across the West Yorkshire region. The court case resulted in a custodial sentence for the offender. Businesses should ensure crowbars and other pry tools cannot be left accessible, and install solid door reinforcement and window locks to resist forced entry attacks.
