A thief has been identified after burgling a Farmfoods supermarket in Telford on two separate occasions, according to Shropshirestar. The suspect was traced through fingerprints found on a “bag for life” reusable shopping bag left at the scene. The same individual was also suspected of attempting to break into a Porsche vehicle in the area.
The identification of the suspect through the reusable shopping bag highlights how everyday items left at crime scenes can provide crucial evidence for investigators. Business owners are advised to install robust security systems, maintain clear CCTV coverage, and ensure staff are trained to report suspicious activity promptly.
