A manhunt has been launched in Leeds following a robbery at a jeweller in the Hunslet Park area, coupled with a shoplifting incident in the city centre, according to Leedslive. Police are seeking a man suspected of involvement in the jewellery robbery at Hunslet.
The suspect reportedly fled the scene immediately after the robbery, prompting an active search across the area. The same individual is also under investigation in connection with the shoplifting offence committed in a city-centre shop, Uknip reports.
Leeds Police have appealed for witnesses to help locate the man. Investigators continue to work on determining the full circumstances of both incidents and securing an arrest.
