Two men have been jailed following a series of knife-point robberies targeting shops in Preston and Chorley, according to an article published on 4 June 2026 by Lancslive. The robberies were described as “terrifying” by victims, with police initially appealing for witnesses and releasing CCTV footage to identify the suspects.
Following investigation and analysis of video evidence, the men were identified, arrested and brought before the courts. The perpetrators were sentenced to imprisonment for their role in the violent offences that targeted multiple businesses across the region.
