A man who looted multiple stores during the Hull riots has pleaded guilty, Mirror reports. The suspect targeted an O2 store, along with Lush and Shoezone locations, during the disorder. According to an article published on 13 August 2024, the man was identified wearing an England shirt during the looting. The case highlights the vulnerability of retail premises during periods of civil unrest, when break-ins and theft can occur rapidly across multiple premises.
