A petrol station attached to a busy supermarket in Northampton suffered significant damage when a car smashed into its shopfront, according to Northamptonchron. The impact was severe enough to necessitate closure while repairs were undertaken.
Police attended the scene and investigated the incident. Northamptonchron reports that the petrol station has since reopened to customers following the damage assessment and restoration work.
