A thief stole watches valued at £195,000 from stores including a jeweller in Chelmsford, Essexlive reports. The stolen items were Rolex watches taken in what the publication describes as an ‘eye-watering’ theft across multiple locations.

Jewellery stores should conduct regular security assessments of their premises, including alarm systems, CCTV coverage, and safe storage practices for high-value stock, particularly luxury watch collections.
