According to Harrowonline, thieves smashed into two Morrisons stores in a coordinated crime spree in the early hours across Watford and Bushey in Hertfordshire. The first store targeted was in Watford, followed by the Bushey location in what appeared to be a planned operation.
Supermarkets remain attractive targets for burglars due to the high-value inventory and cash on-site. Businesses should ensure robust perimeter security, including reinforced entry points and 24-hour surveillance systems to deter such offences.
